Protecting Turtles, Promoting Eco-Tourism

The Nature Enhancement Team (NET) plays a vital role in Dominica’s environmental conservation, focusing on enhancing natural resources and promoting sustainable tourism. Led by President Simon George, NET manages turtle conservation efforts on Turtle Beach and maintains the nature trail that provides public access to the area. As part of the Dominica Sea Turtle Conservation Organisation (DOMSETCO) and the Wider Caribbean Sea Turtle Network (WIDECAST), NET collaborates with other groups across Dominica to protect endangered species and support conservation education.
